Hayes Group LLC is a family-led North Carolina company founded by Kim Ellis Hayes and Craig Hayes. We combine space-sector expertise with hands-on business experience to help clients think strategically, act practically, and build pathways into emerging opportunities. Our work spans space strategy, space law and policy, workforce development, education programs, leadership, business development, international stakeholder engagement, and practical operations.
Hayes Group was built in North Carolina, but our perspective is global. We understand the value of connecting local capability to national and international opportunity as the space economy expands beyond rockets and satellites into education, agriculture, biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, materials, communications, robotics, defense, environmental monitoring, and workforce development.
